Agreement

By using this website or engaging Quota & Clarity for coaching, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.

What the service is

Quota & Clarity provides 1:1 professional coaching for salespeople and sales leaders. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. See the coaching disclaimer.

Sessions and scheduling

• Sessions are 60 minutes, held by video, bi-weekly (2 per month) or weekly (4 per month) depending on your plan.
• Please give at least [X] hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.

Fees and payment

Fees are as stated on the coaching page at the time you enroll. Payment is due [PAYMENT TERMS]. Fees are non-refundable except as described below or as required by law.

Cancellation

• Monthly (Momentum): cancel with 30 days' notice after the first three months.
• Quarterly and annual plans run their full term.

No guarantee of results

Coaching outcomes depend on your effort, your circumstances, and factors outside anyone's control. No specific result, quota attainment, promotion, or income is promised.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep the content of sessions confidential, subject to the limits described in the privacy policy and the coaching disclaimer.

Intellectual property

Site content, worksheets, and assessments remain the property of Quota & Clarity. You may use them for your own professional development, not for resale or redistribution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid in the [X] months preceding the claim.
